Description

Welcome to The Treehouse on Big Sky, a one-of-a-kind Horseshoe Bay retreat where golf course living meets the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Set beneath a canopy of mature oak trees on an expansive double homesite, the home overlooks the #3 Apple Rock green. A greenbelt and creek run along the other side of the property, creating a remarkably private setting to enjoy the firepit immersed in nature. Inside, custom woodwork, architectural beams and warm details give the home character at every turn. The main level includes the living room with gas fireplace, the kitchen that would flatter a private chef, bar area, dining room, primary sanctuary, secondary bedroom with an ensuite, laundry room, and workstation. Every room in the home has a walk out patio or balcony bringing the outside in. A beautiful screened-in porch serves as a second living and dining area and invites you to slow down and take in the surroundings—from golfers on the green to deer wandering beneath the trees. Downstairs, you'll find a family room / game room / TV room, powder room, storage, two additional bedrooms, huge jack & Jill bath, and a large course-side patio designed for entertaining or relaxing. With Apple Rock golf just beyond the backyard, mature oaks overhead, and a private greenbelt and creek along the property, this is a rare combination of golf course frontage, privacy, and Hill Country character in Horseshoe Bay. Golf below, oaks above, and Hill Country all around. The Treehouse on Big Sky.
