The community has operated as both short-term rentals and long-term leases and, under current ownership, has earned over 300 five-star reviews, along with Airbnb Superhost and VRBO Premier Partner recognition. Each cabin offers a living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, one bedroom, and one bathroom. The community is locally owned, managed, and maintained, and it is pet friendly. Every cabin is fully furnished and stocked with a complete kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and quality cookware), three TVs with cable, and high- speed Wi-Fi (250+ Mbps). A washer and dryer are available in five of the six cabins, and select cabins feature a gas fireplace, coffee bar, and BBQ grill. Each unit has a covered porch and private driveway. The land offers room to grow, with available sites for up to three additional tiny homes — a natural expansion path for a buyer looking to increase income. This is a working, fully furnished investment property with the systems and track record already in place. Motivated seller.
